What you're buying

Each order is one bottle from Lot 001, a limited edition of 100, sold by Timothy Kenny, and includes an original, unique painting on canvas made in response to your order - a word you provide may guide it, but the result is not guaranteed to follow it literally. The bottle is a sealed vessel holding raw water; it is a physical artifact of the commission, not a fragrance, and is not intended for wear or application to the skin. This is sold and presented as a conceptual artwork, not as a cosmetic or fragrance product, and is not independently tested or certified as a cosmetic.

Price and payment

Prices are shown and charged in EUR. Payment is processed either by Stripe (card) or BitPay (cryptocurrency); we never see or store your card number or wallet keys ourselves. If you pay in cryptocurrency, the EUR price is converted at the exchange rate BitPay locks in at the moment your invoice is created, network fees are your responsibility, and - unlike a card payment - a completed crypto payment cannot be reversed by us or by your payment provider once it has settled.

The artwork

Ownership of the physical painting included with your bottle transfers to you on delivery. We retain any underlying intellectual property and reproduction rights in the artwork unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.

Shipping

We ship worldwide to the countries offered at checkout (237 in total). Because each order includes a piece made after you order it, dispatch is not immediate and we do not guarantee a specific delivery date. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Returns and cancellation

Because each order is made specifically for you after you place it - including a one-of-one piece of artwork - it is personalized/made-to-order and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed as paid, except where an item arrives damaged or defective, or where required by law in your jurisdiction. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at corporateorganism@proton.me with photos within 14 days of delivery.

Disclaimers and liability

The lot is supplied as-is. The vessel and its contents are not intended for consumption, application to the skin, or any use on the body - do not open the vessel for personal use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are an EU consumer and we can't resolve a complaint directly, you can also use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
