What we collect

When you place an order we collect your email address, shipping address, and the optional word you give to guide your artwork. We never see or store your card number or crypto wallet keys ourselves - those are handled directly by Stripe and BitPay. If you use the "Other" option to propose a different way of paying, we collect the email address and message you provide there.

Why

Solely to fulfil your order (make and ship your bottle and artwork), contact you about it, and meet our own legal/accounting obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Payment is processed by Stripe and BitPay, each under their own privacy policy. Our site and database are hosted by Vercel and Neon. A payment proposal sent via the "Other" option is delivered to us by Resend, our email provider. None of these providers are given anything beyond what they need to do their part.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to fulfil your order and to meet legal/tax record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to what we're legally required to keep. Contact corporateorganism@proton.me to do any of these. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with Ireland's Data Protection Commission at https://www.dataprotection.ie.
